INTRODUCTION

In English grammar we study the use of English words. There are eight kinds of words in the English grammar. We call them the eight parts of speech. They are nouns, adjectives, verbs, pronouns, adverbs, prepositions, conjunctions and interjections.

These lessons cover all the essentials of the English grammar that are basic to the learning of the English language, providing clear, thorough and systematic explanations of the use of English grammar. Each lesson is carefully written to help students understand all the points of grammar and usage followed by exercises.
