Exercise 61 Put in the present continuous tense of the verb in brackets.

Example:

Two dogs _________ (beg) for food at the dining table.
Two dogs are begging for food at the dining table.

1. My friends and I are chatting (chat) on line right now.
2. Everyone is waiting (wait) for you.
3. The sun is shining (shine). It is hot.
4. Switch off the TV. I am trying (try) to study.
5. My mom and dad are taking (take) a trip to Japan.
6. Are we going (go) to see Grandma today?
7. It is actually happening (happen). I can’t believe it!
8. Dahlia is aiming (aim) to get an A for English.
9. Why are you shouting (shout)?
10. What are you planning (plan) to do?
